The BlockBuster Mall shopping and entertainment complex is located in the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv on Ave. Bendery, 36. The complex is one of the largest in Ukraine, with a total area of ​​257,000 sq. m. The complex contains an indoor amusement park with an "American" slide, underground parking at 1380 m/m, a food court area, numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarket Silpo. In total, about 680 tenants.

We participated in this project during rapid construction in 2014-2016 and before the facility's freezing in 2016. During this time, the first and second construction stages were built (foundations, frame, roof, exterior walls, translucent structures) with a total area of ​​about 160,000 sq. m. The foundations of the third stage of construction have also been completed, and the installation of engineering systems of the first stage of construction has begun. Stage P was developed, an examination was passed, working BIM model was introduced, working documentation on sections AR, GP, KM, KB, part of OV, VK, etc. was issued, roof boiler house on 11 MW was designed, refrigeration centers with a total capacity of 8.0 MW were designed.

In 2014, a BIM model was created to address the intersection of engineering networks and structural elements.
